About Seasoned Skillet Restaurant!

Located in Randolph Vermont, Seasoned Skillet offers a casual dining atmosphere serving a diverse menu of farm-to-table style dishes all made from scratch with a focus on local ingredients. The menu changes seasonally and focuses on produce and ingredients that are most readily available in Vermont, featuring a few dishes from chef Nora’s cookbook “The Vermont Farm to Table Cookbook.” The food is elevated comfort food much like you would see in a Gastropub or Bistro with influences from many cultures and cuisines, featuring small plates and appetizers as well as hearty mains and unique dessert options.
